All You Need To Know

>Which payment methods do you accept?

      Cash, Debit, Visa, and Master-Card.

>Do you offer gift cards?

     We do not use gift cards at the moment.

>What Identification Card do I need to rent a bike? 

     We require a valid ID card be held for the duration of your ride.

     Best ID cards are: Driver's License, Citizenship card, ON health card or a passport from your country. 

​​     One identity card per family is sufficient.

     In a group of 2 or more, we are willing to take one identity card for the group if that person is willing to take          

     responsibility for ALL equipment rented by the group's members. 

>Do you have storage lockers?

     There are public lockers provided by the City right beside our facility. They cost $2.

     We are willing to hold onto strollers, wheelchairs and such items, while you are on your bike ride. However, we are        not responsible for missing items.

>What is your policy for damaged products?

     All equipment is inspected before being rented out and expected to be returned in the same condition.

     Any damages to equipment will be charged to the renter.

>Can I reserve a bike?

     There are no reservations. We operate on a first come, first served basis. However, we have a lot of equipment so          even if you have to wait, it's usually not for very long.

>Can I choose a bike?

     All our bikes are the same. We will make sure to give you a bike that is appropriate for your height.

>How far is the walk to the Bike Rental shop?

    A scenic 10 minute walk to our location on the beach. You can grab a map when you get off the ferry.

>Do we have to wear helmets?

     All riders under 18 are required to wear a helmet on single and tandem bikes. We provide helmets free of charge.​

>Where can I return my bike?

     The Bike Rental is the ONLY location where our equipment can be rented and returned. Please return them on time      (within 5 minutes leeway) to avoid late fees.

>Do the bikes have baskets?

     Our single bikes and tandem DO NOT have baskets. Both 2 and 4 seater Quadricycles come with a carrier in front          which can hold up to 20kg/45lbs.

>Do you have strollers or wagons?

     We do not rent strollers or wagons.
